Probably still good because it doesn't look like they build new roads all that often in Iceland. But then again, who still uses paper maps these days. I didn't even bother to pack it when we went for another Iceland road trip this year. (Source: the Icelandic travel agency that gifted me the trip.)
I saw the book at a thrift store and it surprisingly still had the pocket map intact so I got it just for that reason. Pretty sure it's from pre-pandemic time, but not as old as 2016, which was the last time we were in Scotland. Still ahead of us! Not that my aging eyes could see anything on the map very clearly, but it's a map. I love maps. (Source: thrift store.)
I actually requested to be sent this map because the Eastern Townships look like a cool area to visit in the Fall to me at the time. But we never really did go. And then the pandemic happened. And now I just find the area a wee bit too close to the US border for me to want to visit. I'm sure the Quebec Tourism Board—the source of the map—is not holding their breath.
